Service Description

Gentle, judgement-free, embodied, supported sessions throughout the entire 6 weeks for you to heal. For 6 weeks, you will have one session per week for an hour. During the week I will invite you to practice with real life situations. You will have the opportunity to connect via voice message or text message throughout the weeks to ask questions; reflect on your practices which will further integrate the Soul Care teachings to lead you to your place of inner calm. Working experientially allows the body to free this locked up energy and enter into the experience of it’s wholeness, worthiness and Divinity. Through some talking and beautiful, guided Soul Care processes we can free stored energy from the body, which allows the body to come into its natural homeostasis as a Soul - its authentic, original, innocent, pure and Spiritual nature.
