One-on-one Coaching Session

Service Description

Transformation occurs through safe and accepting environments and occurs at the experiential level rather than the intellectual level. Each session is an opportunity to assist you in having a sacred experience of your own true nature. I will hold a loving, transparent, safe, warm, compassionate and nurturing space for all parts of you. You will learn to embody authentic self-compassion. Here we will learn to hear the messages from our emotions, which will connect you back to your own higher self. In our session you will reconnect with Universal wisdom and spiritual principles. We will work on daily challenges which will uncover behavioural generational and individual patterns you hold. You will be given news skills to use in you own life. Beyond our physical life, there is a quality of life that we're truly seeking. I would be honoured to hold space for you whilst you transform inside-out. Cost of one-on-one sessions is dependent upon your circumstances. Please discuss to talk about the sliding-scale of payment I can offer.
